How to Set Up the Kinetico App

Get the full Kinetico experience by downloading the Kinetico App! You can add your Kinetico equipment to keep track of warranty dates, schedule service appointments, monitor your water softener salt usage and much more!

Download the Kinetico App

On your iOS or Android device, download the Kinetico App from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Open the Kinetico App

From the Home screen, select the profile icon that looks like a person. It is located above the house, in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

After you have selected the profile icon, the Login page will display. Select "Don't have an account? Sign up." Enter all the information and select the "Sign Up" option once complete.

If you already have an account, enter your email and password then tap Login.

Enter Your Information

Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Email, Postal Code (Zip Code), City, and create a password.

Once that is filled out, hit the “Sign Up” button.

This will prompt the customer to receive an email that they will have to open and confirm their registration, then go back to the login screen and login with the email and password you created.

Enter Your Kinetico Equipment

After you have created your account and logged in, you will be able to add your Kinetico water treatment systems. To do this, go to the Equipment tab and begin to enter the serial numbers and register your equipment.
